• The master suite has a king size bed with a luxury mattress, its own bath [walk in shower], a flat screen TV, and a walk in closet/dressing room.
• The second bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed with a luxury mattress.
• The bunk room has two bunks plus a pull out twin drawer bed. The mattresses on each bed are also deep mattresses with superior construction. The bunk room also has TV/DVD. There is a second bathroom [tub with shower] which serves these last two rooms.
• The kitchen is open to the great room which allows for chatting and easy flow throughout the townhouse. The dining table seats eight while the counter has stools for two.
• The living area has a large flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD player. There are books and videos also there for your enjoyment.
• The patio is off the great room and leads to the community pool directly behind the patio. There is a children's pool connected to the main pool. The furniture on the patio should remain on the patio. There are two additional chairs in the garage that may be taken to the pool but should not be left there. Also in the two stall garage are a charcoal grill and an ice chest.
